Pay Rate: £15.11 per hour
Hours: Bank (Flexible / As and when needed for cover)
Shift Pattern: Mixed (Days/Nights)

About the Role
As a Bank Residential Senior Carer acting through our supportive bridge staffing framework, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Leading and supervising care staff on shift, delegating duties, and assisting with training.
Clinical & Administrative Support: Administering and ordering medication, as well as reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.
Collaborative Care: Liaising closely with GPs, district nursing teams, and residents' families.
Dignity & Environment: Promoting the independence, dignity, and personal preferences of every resident within a warm, welcoming community.
About You
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated professionals who want to make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience working within a residential care setting.
Skills: Proven team leadership capabilities, sound decision-making skills, and a warm, empathetic approach.
