Position: Production Line Coordinator - Nights
Location: Manton Wood, Worksop (Home to a team of around 1,700 colleagues producing sandwiches and wraps for major UK retailers including Co-op, Asda, Morrisons, Boots, Aldi, and Lidl)
Pay Rate: £19.14 per hour (Overtime paid at time-and-a-quarter after 48 hours)
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Saturday, 17:30 – 05:00

Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their major Manton Wood facility, we are currently seeking a proactive and people-focused Production Line Coordinator for the night shift to take ownership of a specific line or area, focusing heavily on People, Safety, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Act as the primary point of contact for your team, greeting colleagues, coordinating task rotations, supporting skills development, and managing breaks and absences.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure pre-start safety checks are completed, report near-misses, monitor team welfare, and uphold rigorous food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Production & Troubleshooting: Deliver the production plan, capture key performance data, troubleshoot machinery or material issues, and ensure all quality checks are met.
What We Are Looking For
Core Skills: Confident and clear communication skills with a passion for engaging, motivating, and developing others.
Experience: An understanding of manufacturing pace and demands, experience working to deliver production plans against KPIs, and familiarity with data entry and traceability records.
Commitment: Basic appreciation of health, safety, and environmental practices.
