In this role, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care, companionship, and support they deserve in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shifts: Days (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Closing Date: 1 October 2026
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and food and drink support.
Provide meaningful companionship, sharing wonderful moments and memories to enrich residents' daily lives.
Follow tailored care plans and ensure every resident receives dedicated one-to-one time.
Adapt to a varied and rewarding daily routine, delivering the highest standard of care and support.
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience caring for older people.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, can-do approach.
Genuine empathy, a warm disposition, and a true passion for helping others.
