Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead on behalf of a top care center based in Oulton Broad, UK. In this regional leadership role, you will travel across designated care homes to oversee clinical operations, drive care standards, and step into management duties in the absence of the General Manager. Working alongside regional leadership, you will play a crucial part in implementing quality improvement plans, conducting clinical audits, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across regional care homes to lead clinical practice, conduct regular quality audits, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.

• Step in to manage daily operations and lead care home teams effectively in the absence of the General Manager.

• Mentor and develop nursing and care staff, oversee clinical risk assessments, and manage safeguarding investigations when required.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.

• Extensive experience in nursing home environments, including clinical risk assessments, safeguarding management, and staff supervision.

• Operational familiarity with HR processes, care home budgets, and a willingness to travel regularly across the region.
