Senior Care Assistant

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Senior Care Assistant to join their retirement village team in Nantwich, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a household team while delivering outstanding person-centred care that promotes residents' independence, dignity and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will oversee daily care operations, support and mentor Care Assistants, and ensure high standards of clinical practice while building positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a household, ensuring high-quality person-centred care.

• Administer medication, maintain accurate care plans and oversee clinical record keeping.

• Supervise and support Care Assistants while working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards the qualification.

• Previous experience in a senior care role with medication administration responsibilities.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with a compassionate approach.
