We are currently recruiting Customer Assistants for a major, fast-moving retail store in Carfin. You’ll work closely with your retail colleagues to keep the store clean, tidy, and organised, ensuring every customer receives the great service they deserve.

What You’ll Earn & Receive

• Hourly Rate: £13.45 – £14.45 per hour

• Premium Pay: An additional £2.00/hr for Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts

• Holiday: 30–35 days of annual leave (pro rata)

What You’ll Do

• Act as a store expert, helping customers with their questions, queries, and requests.

• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.

• Passionately provide excellent customer service.

• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.

• Expertly merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products.
