Location: 9 Maxim Park, Eurocentral, Motherwell, ML1 4WQ (with occasional support for nearby sites in Eurocentral and Bathgate)
Hours: 42 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights rota)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

What You Will Do
Create a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets across the site.
Patrol and monitor site areas to identify and prevent potential risks.
Control site access, support visitors, and monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems.
Complete incident reports, maintain accurate records, and support emergency situations following proper procedures.
Coordinate with colleagues and external services when required, while occasionally providing mobile support to nearby sites in Eurocentral and Bathgate.

What We Are Looking For
A valid SIA licence (Essential).
A full UK driving licence (Essential, due to the mobile-support nature of the role across nearby locations).
Strong attention to detail, good situational awareness, and basic knowledge of CCTV or access control systems.
Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to stay calm and respond effectively in challenging situations.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
