Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the home management team to lead care delivery, oversee care planning, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality support. You will also provide guidance to staff, monitor resident wellbeing, and help maintain compliance with care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead person-centred care planning, complete care plan audits, and monitor residents' changing care needs.

• Support resident admissions and discharges while ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with families.

• Supervise and guide the care team, promoting safe working practices and high standards of care.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of two years' experience in a senior care role within a residential care setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to deputise for the manager when required.
