In this role, you are the backbone of the supply chain. You’ll roll up your sleeves, work independently through orders, and ensure thousands of products successfully make it onto store shelves. What You’ll Do

• Voice Picking: Carefully listen to picking instructions through a headset to swiftly locate and retrieve items.

• Handle Diverse Stock: Pack a variety of products, including fresh meat, fruit, chilled, and frozen items.

• Secure Shipments: Ensure pallets and deliveries are perfectly stacked, stable, and secure for transport.

• Quality Control: Keep a sharp eye out and report any damaged goods to the management team.

• Own Your Work: Take independent responsibility for safely hitting your daily order targets.
