• Salary: Annual base salary of £25,564.50

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Weekend shifts required on a monthly rota schedule. Sponsorship is not available).

Join the housekeeping team at Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley, Leeds, where you will play an integral role in maintaining immaculate standards across wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor spaces to support our residents' rehabilitation journeys.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas, including wards, bedrooms, office spaces, and visitor lounges.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities are spotless and safe, upholding the hospital's security policies and procedures.

• Greet visitors professionally, maintain excellent telephone etiquette, and foster strong working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.

• Take an active role in day-to-day housekeeping operations and attend all mandatory and statutory training sessions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning within a similar clinical, care, or professional environment.

• Strong attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, and a passion for delivering a job well done.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems efficiently.

• A positive, approachable attitude and a commitment to helping create a warm, safe culture.

Where You Will Be Working

Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley, Leeds (LS20 9PQ) supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours, typically with a diagnosis of personality disorder or severe mental illness. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to an environment focused on active rehabilitation with a view to achieving sustainable discharge.
