Lead incident responses effectively across diverse environments, conducting dynamic risk assessments to protect your own welfare and that of colleagues and patients.
Undertake appropriate, timely referrals (including non-clinical safeguarding referrals) utilizing agreed multi-agency procedures.

Provide clinical supervision and constructive mentorship to new and junior personnel, supporting the development of student and non-registered colleagues.
Lead small multidisciplinary clinical teams calmly and resiliently under high-pressure event conditions.
3. Operational & Governance Standards
Maintain complete vehicle and equipment readiness, ensuring rigorous compliance with infection prevention and control (IPC) recommendations and promptly reporting any defects.
Maintain accurate, legible, and confidential patient report forms and vehicle documentation.
Commit to ongoing professional development (CPD) to maintain active clinical skill levels and registration standards.
Essential Criteria
Registration: Current registration as a Paramedic with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) without cautions or restrictions, backed by evidence of CPD activity within the previous 12 months.

Ambulance Emergency Driving Level 3 qualification.
Advanced life support qualifications (ALS, APLS, ATLS, PHTLS) or a recognized Trainer/Assessor qualification.
