About the Role
As a Residential Senior Night Carer at Stoneham Grove Care Home, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents during the night, enabling us to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Your leadership and care responsibilities will include:
Leading a dedicated team of care staff on shift, including conducting training, supervisions, and delegating duties.
Administering and ordering medication safely.
Reviewing and updating resident care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Liaising professionally with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
Respecting resident dignity and preferences while helping maintain a warm, welcoming, and vibrant night-time environment.
About You
We are looking for an experienced, warm-hearted, and compassionate care professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. To join us, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Previous experience working within a residential care setting.
Proven team leadership skills and the ability to make confident, appropriate decisions to support resident wellbeing.
