About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant - Nights for Winchester Heights Care Home in Hampshire.
In this essential night-shift role, you will deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure seamless continuity of support and comfort for our residents throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect are maintained at all times.
Recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents (such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and signs of infection) and escalate any concerns in a timely manner.
Act courteously toward residents and visitors, always respecting individual dignity and uniqueness.
Practice safe systems of work across all tasks throughout your shift.
