Position Details
Location: Flowerdown Care Home, Harestock Road, Winchester, SO22 6NT
Pay Rate: Up to £21.50 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Casual, flexible part-time hours to cover annual leave and sick leave as needed)
Shift: Mixed (Days/Nights Available)
About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring top-tier, quality care is always delivered. You will create a safe and supportive environment while relying on your professional expertise to make critical clinical decisions with complete autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Administer medication safely and oversee clinical practices in line with regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Provide clinical leadership, autonomy, and compassionate support across all nursing duties.
About You
