Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, track, and manage all theatre loan surgical instrumentation, ensuring items are ordered, received, and prepared prior to scheduled procedures.
Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while acting as the primary liaison for medical device suppliers and representatives.
Review theatre booking documentation and maintain precise digital tracking records for all incoming and outgoing surgical kits.
Requirements
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient basic IT skills suitable for managing computerized tracking databases and purchase ordering systems.
