Role Overview

As a Retail Shift Manager, you will help maintain Lidl's high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the responsibility of proving yourself as a leader. You will handle key shift operations across a mix of morning and evening schedules, ensuring that every customer receives the absolute best experience when they visit.

Core Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Motivate and support your team while living out Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.

• Operational Control: Swiftly solve problems, delegate tasks effectively, and manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Shift Integrity: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure every shift runs smoothly.

• Customer Commitment: Give customers the very best experience every time they visit the store.
