Pay Rate: £13.95 per hour (£13.45 base rate + 50p APO Premium)
Job Type: Permanent - Part-Time (20-hour contract)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their recent combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated logistics and warehouse talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their major Manton 110 picking depot in Worksop—employing over 200 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 60 vehicles serving regional convenience retailers—we are currently seeking a meticulous Pick Accuracy Operative for a convenient part-time day shift role working inside a chilled fridge temperature environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Verification: Verify the accuracy and quality of picked customer orders to maintain high stock management and customer satisfaction standards.
Discrepancy Resolution: Flag and resolve discrepancies in orders and stock counts effectively.
Documentation & Tracking: Document and record results from pick accuracy checks while identifying trends and recurring issues to improve the picking process.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to site safety and quality standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
Skills & Detail: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic data entry skills (confidence using Excel is considered advantageous).
Environment: Comfortable working in a fridge-temperature warehouse environment.
