About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and focused individual for their Scanning team in Bracknell.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customers can always find what they are looking for. Using in-store technology, you will carry out essential activities such as stock counts and gap scans to keep shelves stocked and inventory systems up to date. It is detailed, hands-on work that makes a big impact on the overall shopping experience. You will also receive cross-training to support other store departments like Market Street and Replenishment when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out stock counts and gap scans using in-store digital technology.

• Ensure inventory systems and store shelves are accurately updated and maintained.

• Work efficiently in a busy, structured environment following established processes.

• Provide flexible support across other store areas, such as Market Street or Replenishment, as required.

• Maintain a helpful, customer-first approach while completing daily tasks.
