Working as a Bank Kitchen Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring residents enjoy wholesome, nutritious meals and a fulfilling dining experience. Beyond assisting in the kitchen and food preparation process, you will have plenty of opportunities to interact directly with residents, enhance their daily lives, and even open doors toward a permanent position!

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Help produce wholesome, nutritious meals and maintain high standards of food preparation.

• Assist in creating an enjoyable, fulfilling dining experience for every resident during day shifts.

• Provide essential flexible cover for planned or unplanned absences.

• Build warm, positive relationships with residents, extending your positive impact beyond the kitchen.

• Note: Formal qualifications are not necessary, though previous experience in a commercial or care kitchen environment is useful! Full training is provided.
