Pay Rate: £15.46 per hour (includes bank enhancement)

Working as a Bank Care Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive top-quality care and support. Every day is wonderfully varied—from assisting with daily living routines, food and nutrition, and tailored care plans to providing warm companionship, one-to-one time, and sharing great memories.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to elderly residents.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care routines, and food and drink intake.
Deliver meaningful companionship and ensure each resident receives dedicated one-to-one time.
Follow individual care plans accurately and adapt to a dynamic daily routine across flexible day or night shifts.
Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)
Some previous experience in caring for older people.
A proactive, positive "can-do" approach to daily challenges.
Excellent communication skills and a natural, warm-hearted disposition.
Genuine empathy, resilience, and compassion.
