Role Overview
As a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical), you will be right at the heart of the production line, maintaining and optimizing front-end machinery to deliver high-quality products while ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. You will play a crucial role in tackling challenges head-on, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining operational excellence across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and optimize front-end production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
Contribute to reducing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability across the facility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Essential: Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven hands-on experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, quality-driven mindset.
