At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we specialize in connecting motivated job seekers with great workplace opportunities. We are currently recruiting customer-focused, hardworking Store Assistants to join a vibrant, fast-paced retail team in Poole (Blandford Road).

In this varied role, no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of daily store operations—helping shoppers, managing checkouts, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Care: Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient service to customers on the store floor.

• Till Operations: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

• Merchandising & Replenishment: Restock shelves, maintain high display standards, and check product quality and freshness.

• Team Collaboration: Work together with colleagues to ensure smooth daily store operations from open to close.

• Numeracy Skills: Confident handling numbers and managing basic till procedures.

• Experience: Prior retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most—full training will be provided!

Important Note Before You Apply:

Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (varies by store schedule). Please ensure you have reliable transportation options to cover these working hours prior to applying.
