Job Opportunity: Customer Team Member & Post Office Assistant (Poole)
Location: Poole (Poole Road Upton, Poole, BH16 5JA)
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: Availability to work Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (to be discussed at interview).
Requirements: Must be aged 18 or over (due to shift times and Post Office responsibilities) and live within a commutable distance from Poole.
Experience: No CV or prior retail experience needed! Full paid training provided.

We have teamed up with Co-op in Poole to help find a dedicated Customer Team Member. In this diverse and hands-on role, you’ll not only help keep the store running smoothly on the shop floor and tills, but you’ll also support transactions on our Post Office Counter.
Whether you're helping customers with everyday purchases, managing post office services, or keeping shelves stocked, every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive impact.
What You’ll Do
Deliver friendly, thoughtful customer service and create a great in-store experience.
Support transactions and services on our Post Office Counter.
Work hands-on across the shop floor, tills, and daily store operations.
Help maintain store standards by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Age: Must be 18 or older.
A genuine passion for helping people and providing great customer service.
Flexibility to work the required pattern (Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday).
A positive, team-oriented attitude and an enthusiasm for a busy retail and service environment.
Must be in a commutable distance from Poole.
