Competitive Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Experience: Prior experience leading a team of care assistants.
Qualifications: QCF level 3 diploma or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Knowledge: Good knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.
Availability: Must be available to work 42 hours a week, including weekend availability.
As a Deputy Manager, you will lead the care team to ensure that the care delivered to our residents is safe, supportive, and person-centred. You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and step up to full capacity in their absence.
A typical day could include:
Team Leadership: Inducting new team members and providing supervision and support to existing staff.
Care Standards: Completing care audits to ensure good practice and updating person-centred care plans focused on dignity and individuality.
Collaboration: Liaising with family members, care professionals, social workers, and residents to ensure transparent, holistic care.
Safety & Compliance: Monitoring, reporting, and investigating risks or safeguarding concerns to put mitigation processes in place.
Administration: Ensuring daily care notes, medication charts, and meeting records are accurate and up to date.
