Role Description As a Staff Nurse in the Outpatient Department, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the individual needs of every patient. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth continuity of care across a wide variety of medical and surgical clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care to outpatient clients while closely monitoring and addressing individual needs.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary practitioners and senior consultants to maintain continuous care standards.

• Support clinic operations and utilize modern medical equipment to assist in patient assessment and recovery.

Requirements

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with relevant post-registration experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-specialty outpatient environment.
