As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a dedicated permanent Care Assistant for the multi-award-winning Fremantle Court in Stoke Mandeville.
Tucked away in the peaceful village of Stoke Mandeville with stunning views of the Chiltern Hills, Fremantle Court offers high-quality nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact by supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and sharing laughs and meaningful companionship with our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
