Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance, compliance, and workplace safety? We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Coordinator to join the team at TAC Healthcare Group in Aberdeen.
In this vital operational role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across quality, health, safety, environmental compliance, and document control. You will help manage our Integrated Management System (IMS) using Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring that organizational records and documentation remain accurate, secure, and fully compliant with ISO standards.
Support and maintain TAC Healthcare’s Integrated Management System within Microsoft SharePoint.
Maintain accurate quality records, audit logs, training logs, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and workplace health and safety assessments.
Monitor non-conformances, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, escalating them when required.
Coordinate employee training, inductions, and refresher training relating to quality and safety.
Manage end-to-end document control processes within SharePoint, including version control, approvals, archiving, and managing Power Automate workflows.
Previous administrative experience within quality, health and safety, compliance, or document control.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems (SharePoint experience is highly advantageous).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
Bonus skills: Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment, or familiarity with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, 14001, or 27001).
