Complex Care Support Worker (HCA)
Locations: Ringmer, Brighton, Lewes, Crawley, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Shifts: Flexible 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

We are currently recruiting caring Healthcare Assistants to support a 20-year-old young man in his own home in Ringmer/Brighton, helping him live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide dedicated one-to-one support, assisting with daily living and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.
Work closely with our client, his family, and the wider clinical healthcare team to deliver tailored, compassionate support.
