Position Overview

• Role: Warehouse Operative Night Shift

• Location: Waterton Industrial Estate, Off Cowbridge Road, Bridgend (CF31 3PH)

• Salary: £13.80 to £14.45 per hour (Plus an extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays, £3.50 per hour for night shifts, and a £1.50 per hour premium when working in freezer temperatures down to -18°C)

• Contract Type: Full-Time (35-hour contract, 22:00 PM – 05:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Multitask and carefully listen to picking instructions through your headset to execute orders swiftly and accurately.

• Stock Handling: Pack a wide variety of products—including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items—ensuring deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.

• Quality Control & Independence: Responsibly work through your orders independently, reporting any damaged items to your manager.

• Self-motivation to work hard, ideally backed by previous experience working night shifts.
