Compensation: £13.80 - £14.45 per hour (+ £1.50/hr premium when working at temperatures as low as -18°C, £2.00/hr for bank holidays, and £3.50/hr for night shifts)
Shifts: 05:00 - 13:30 shifts

The Role
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products using headset instructions to helping out with team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Working through your orders independently, you’ll take pride in knowing that without you, our shelves would be empty!
What You’ll Do:
Order Picking: Multitask by carefully listening to picking instructions through your headset and carrying them out swiftly.
Product Handling: Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium temperature payments when working as low as -18°C).
Stock Security: Ensure your deliveries are perfectly stacked, secure, and report any damaged items to your manager.
Independent Work: Take responsibility for independently working through your assigned orders.
