About the Role
As a Bank Senior Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential night cover as and when needed while supporting the clinical and care teams. Your core responsibilities will include:
Supervising, inspiring, and guiding a dedicated team of Night Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager
Supporting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
Ensuring a warm, safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment while respecting the dignity and preferences of every resident
About You
To join the team as a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
A warm-hearted, compassionate approach with strong motivational and people skills
A commitment to delivering individualized, high-quality care
