Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Care Home

Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) on behalf of our client for Manor Care Home in Taunton, Somerset. In this role, you will work predominantly within the newly expanded Dementia Nursing Unit, using your clinical expertise to manage complex physical and mental health needs while supporting resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, formulate, and maintain comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments tailored to residents with dementia and general nursing needs.

• Administer medications safely in strict accordance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.

• Exercise sound clinical judgment to maintain a safe, dignified, and supportive environment during day shifts.

Requirements

• Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

• Strong understanding of modern clinical practices, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA).

• Compassionate, person-centred approach with dedicated expertise in dementia care.
