About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the different needs of residents to deliver top-tier, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, inspire, and lead a dedicated team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
Support the clinical team with medication management, assessments, care plans, and resident reviews.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects resident dignity and choices.
About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and proven team-leadership abilities.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and eager to grow (with clear career pathways into Care Practitioners, Regional Carers, or nursing roles).
