Position: Permanent Support Worker
Location: High Wycombe Supported Living, 24 Beechlands Court, High Wycombe, HP12 4EF
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent / 20 hours per week
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker for their supported living service in High Wycombe.
Working in partnership with a local housing provider across high-quality accommodation settings, your focus will be on empowering individuals to live as independently as possible while feeling confident, connected, and in control of their lives. Whether you are assisting with daily routines, personal care, providing companionship, or joining in with fun activities, your kindness and positive energy will make a genuine difference every single day.
Support residents with daily routines, personal care, and independent living skills.
Provide meaningful companionship and encourage participation in engaging, fun activities.
Assist with light household tasks, ensuring living spaces are clean, tidy, and comfortable while involving residents where appropriate.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive extended family team dedicated to high standards of person-centred care.
Qualifications: Ideally holding (or willing to work towards) a Diploma / NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience: A proven track record in care and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care standards.

Competitive Pay: £13.45 per hour.
