Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Day Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our residents' daily lives, delivering exceptional, person-centered care that goes far beyond tasks to nurture genuine wellbeing.

• Dignified Daily Support: Gently assist residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and enjoying meals, always with utmost kindness and respect.

• Champion Independence: Empower residents to make their own choices, helping them feel confident, valued, and in control of their lives.

• Companionship & Connection: Build warm, trusting relationships that bring comfort to our residents and offer reassurance to their visiting families.

• Person-Centred Care Planning: Contribute to and follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident’s unique preferences and life stories are celebrated.

• Create a Joyful Environment: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and tidy atmosphere where residents truly feel at home and listened to.
