Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a modern Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Northampton, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering individuals of all ages and abilities to build confidence, improve technique, and achieve their health and fitness goals in the water.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality instruction on an ad-hoc schedule tailored to your availability. You will foster a fun, safe, and motivating learning environment, delivering both individual and group sessions in line with national framework standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one or group swimming lessons tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels.
Engage and coach swimmers to reach their personal goals while tracking performance and lesson development.
Act as a positive role model while promoting club amenities, teaching programs, and membership advantages to participants.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 (or equivalent) Swimming Teacher qualification.
Proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Excellent communication skills with an approachable, dynamic, and student-focused teaching style.
