Hours: Bank / Casual (Flexible working hours to cover shifts as needed)

About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate Bank Night Care Assistant for Lucerne House Care Centre.
In this flexible, part-time night role, you will help residents enjoy each night and morning by ensuring they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. Every shift is varied and meaningful—ranging from assisting with daily living, food, and drink to following personalized care plans and providing dedicated one-to-one time. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and mobility needs through the night.
Providing warm companionship, emotional support, and sharing positive moments.
Following tailored care plans accurately and keeping detailed records.
Ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout their night shifts.
About You
To join Barchester as a Bank Night Care Assistant, you will need:
Some experience of caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach combined with excellent communication skills.
Natural empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for resident wellbeing. (Full training and development will be provided to help you thrive in your role!)
