Permanent Night Care Assistant (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Fremantle Court, Risborough Road, Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, HP22 5XL
Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent / 30 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM (including alternate weekend working)

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Fremantle Court, tucked away in the peaceful village of Stoke Mandeville just outside Aylesbury. Offering stunning views of the Chiltern Hills and beautiful gardens welcoming local wildlife, Fremantle Court provides high-quality nursing, dementia, residential, and respite care in a warm, comforting environment.
As a Permanent Night Care Assistant (30 hours per week), you will make a real, positive difference through the night. You will support nighttime routines, personal care (washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), and ensure our residents feel safe, secure, and peaceful while they sleep.
What We Are Looking For
The Right Attitude: A genuine passion for care, bringing kindness, dignity, and a reassuring presence to our residents overnight.
Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to build wonderful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent 30-hour contract working regular night shifts (9:30 PM – 7:30 AM) with alternate weekend working.
