• Salary: Annual base salary of £25,564.50 pro rata

• Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (15 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 7.5 hours per day. Sponsorship is not available).

Join the housekeeping team at Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley, Leeds, on a weekend-only schedule where you will play an integral role in maintaining immaculate standards across wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor spaces.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas.

• Clean wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas, ensuring a spotless environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure facilities are safe, secure, and fully compliant with hospital policies and procedures.

• Greet visitors professionally, maintain excellent telephone etiquette, and foster strong, positive working relationships across the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning within a similar clinical, care, or professional environment.

• Strong attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, and a passion for delivering a job well done.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems efficiently.

• A positive, approachable attitude and a commitment to helping create a warm, safe culture.

Where You Will Be Working

Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley, Leeds (LS20 9PQ) supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours, typically with a diagnosis of personality disorder or severe mental illness. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to an environment focused on active rehabilitation with a view to achieving sustainable discharge.
