Lifestyle Assistant

As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will assist in creating and delivering a diverse range of activities tailored to the unique interests and abilities of care home residents. Working closely with the care team, you will help build community connections, organize internal events, and foster a warm, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and running group and individual lifestyle and activity sessions.

• Support the development of local community links and help coordinate home events.

• Adapt activity programs to suit varying physical and cognitive abilities, ensuring all residents can participate.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a creative, empathetic approach.

• Understanding of how social interaction and engagement contribute to overall wellbeing.

• Valid right to work in the UK and flexibility to work shift patterns across a 7-day rota, including weekends.
