In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, lead by example, and ensure every resident receives personalized support that champions their dignity, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert, high-quality clinical and nursing care to residents.
Develop, review, and implement tailored, person-centred care plans.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Mentor, support, and guide junior care staff to maintain exceptional standards.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
What We Are Looking For
A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for elderly care, dementia support, and resident-focused excellence.
