Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to find friendly, hands-on individuals to join their Market Street and Café team in Rochdale.

In this permanent role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for—whether that is serving meals in the in-store café or preparing pizzas, fresh fish, and meat on Market Street. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and receive cross-training across other store areas like Replenishment and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve delicious meals in the in-store café or craft fresh food products on Market Street (such as pizza, fish, or meat).

• Play a key role in delivering an exceptional, special daily experience for every customer.

• Operate efficiently within a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines.

• Provide flexible support across other store departments, including Replenishment and Customer Service, as required.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic team players who are passionate about putting customers first. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A helpful, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

• A love for staying active and being hands-on in a busy, structured work environment.

• Comfort using equipment safely and following established store processes.

• Note: Candidates must be over the school leaver’s age, and certain roles may require applicants to be over 18 due to health and safety regulations.
