Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (36 hours per week, 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM shifts with alternative weekends)

As a Clinical Unit Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will lead by example, working clinically on the floor to support nursing duties while also having dedicated time to handle managerial responsibilities and mentor your team within the unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a unit or floor, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity by ensuring the team delivers the highest standards of care.
Assess each resident's wellbeing, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining accurate care records.
Deliver expert clinical guidance, motivating and mentoring the team to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the unit.
Build lasting, meaningful relationships with residents, their loved ones, and the local community.
Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and foster strong external relationships.
What We Are Looking For
A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
A strong passion for caring for the elderly with a flair for helping people maintain their independence and dignity.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, honest relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
A respectful, compassionate team player ready to use clinical and leadership experience to delegate effectively and drive best practice.
