Rate of Pay: £13.45 to £15.02 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Shift pattern: 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am, alternate weekends)

About the Role
We are partnering with the highly rated Wingham Court Care Home in Esher to find a dedicated and inspiring Senior Care Assistant on a permanent, full-time contract. Wingham Court is dedicated to delivering exceptional person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help residents live their best lives.
As a Senior Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will play a crucial leadership role, not only driving a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality personal care, but also inspiring, developing, and mentoring them to be their best every day. You will also be trained on all aspects of digital care to help focus on clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit.
Support with clinical duties, including helping nurses observe, issue medication, review care plans, and maintain accurate records.
Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, leading effective shift handovers.
Help train, supervise, and mentor new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported.
Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals such as GPs and District Nurses.
Assist residents with a range of personal care duties.
What We Are Looking For
Completed or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in care (full support provided to complete your qualification if needed).
A motivated, positive, and collaborative approach with great interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a senior care role, with a strong understanding of its rewards and challenges, alongside a genuine passion for making a real difference.
