Pay Rate: £25.03 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed-Term / 24 hours per week (Maternity Cover; flexible casual/bank hours also available)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Heights, a purpose-built, outstanding-rated care home in High Wycombe offering specialist nursing and dementia care across dedicated wings.
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN / RMHN) for a fixed-term maternity cover contract (24 hours per week). As a clinical leader on shift, you will manage the care team, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, and build meaningful partnerships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Valid NMC PIN and a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Experience: Post-registration experience with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical competencies (e.g., medication administration, end-of-life care, tissue viability, catheterisation).
Leadership: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and motivating a care team.
