Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and daily support, including companionship and personal care assistance.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, maintain accurate care records, and report any changes appropriately.

• Encourage residents to participate in activities while supporting their nutrition and hydration needs.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
