As a Permanent Care Assistant (35 hours per week), you will make a real, positive difference every single day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), you will help create a happy, fulfilled life for our residents, sharing laughter and building lasting, meaningful memories as part of our extended family.
What We Are Looking For

Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to build wonderful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent 35-hour contract working regular shifts with alternate weekend working.
