Compensation: £13.45 - £13.65 per hour (+ £2.00/hr for bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)
Shifts: 5:00 AM shift pattern
Key Dates: Interviews are scheduled to be held in the week commencing 9th of November 2026.

The Role
As a Cleaner at Lidl, every sweep of your brush helps give our customers the in-store experience they deserve. From maintaining a tidy store to ensuring our hygiene standards are up to the mark, you’ll be an essential part of our team, keeping things looking their best for customers and colleagues alike. You’ll always go the extra mile, ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
What You’ll Do:
Store Presentation: Thoroughly maintain your store to keep it looking its absolute best.
External Maintenance: Keep trolley bays, the car park, and outside spaces clean and tidy to create a great first impression.
Equipment Operation: Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery.
Welfare & Hygiene: Clean welfare areas, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections, ensuring health and safety standards are strictly upheld.
Minor Tasks: Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed.
What You’ll Need
Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
Approach: A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
Drive & Passion: Passion to do the best job for your store and team, with the independence to carry out tasks effectively.
