About the Role
At Supportive Bridge Staffing, we are passionate about helping talent take their first big step onto the career ladder. We are excited to recruit a Career Starter Store Apprentice on behalf of Aldi for their Spalding store.
This 12–15 month program combines hands-on retail experience with structured, formal training. Working alongside a supportive, close-knit team, you will learn the ins and outs of store operations while actively working towards a nationally recognized Level 2 Retailer qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient service to every shopper.
Store Merchandising: Unload stock, replenish shelves, and ensure top-tier product quality and presentation.
Till Operations: Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
Positive Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and eager to support both customers and your team (no prior retail experience required—attitude is everything!).
Energy & Drive: Hardworking, adaptable, and comfortable staying active on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability & Transport: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM or finish as late as 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have reliable transport to get to the store for these times before applying.
