About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons—one of the UK's leading food retailers—to find an exceptional, results-driven Store Manager for their Staffordshire location.
In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will act as the driving force behind your store's success. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will foster a customer-centric culture, champion innovative ways of working, and ensure your store stands out as a vibrant pillar in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance store performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Customer & Colleague First: Listen closely to customer and employee feedback to ensure a brilliant shopping and working environment.
High-Performance Culture: Cultivate talent development, robust succession planning, and supportive coaching across all departments.
Seamless Availability: Collaborate with Head Office teams to maintain peak product availability and make Morrisons a one-stop shopping destination.
Community Engagement: Build strong local relationships to market your store and solidify its presence within the community.
